Welcome to West End Schools' Trust
West End Schools' Trust (WEST) is a charitable company of nine primary schools and partner organisations located in the west end of the city of Newcastle upon Tyne. Formed in January 2015, we are responsible for the education of around two thousand and nine hundred children and we employ over four hundred teachers, teaching assistants and administrative staff. We are proudly celebrating our 10th Anniversary.
The Trust strengthens the schools’ co-operative work, and encourages collaborative work with identified key partners to further improve standards and enhance opportunities for children, parents, staff and the wider community. We work closely with the local charity, Newcastle West End Children's Community.
We encourage all members of the community to get involved and support us in our quest to build a strong learning community.
